DESIGN EXPERIENCE

Modern Moscow is the locomotive for the implementation of large-scale construction projects, and the role of design workshops in creating the image of the city is one of the leading ones. The Urban Agglomeration Development Institute (IRGA LLC) was founded in 2017. The main activities of the company are: architectural, urban planning, pre-project assessment of urban planning potential, landscape design and landscaping, design of social facilities, multi-apartment residential buildings, industrial facilities, architectural and technical supervision, interior design (public, private, exhibition), as well as experimental projects.

CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT

IRGA occupies one of the leading places in the design of buildings for educational organizations in Moscow and the Moscow region. During the existence of the company, more than 10 projects have been implemented - projects of school and preschool buildings of various design capacities, of which three preschool and one school building have been completed. In addition, projects for a polyclinic, residential buildings, improvement of the territory of residential complexes and recreation areas of urban and park areas were completed, work on a number of architectural and urban planning concepts was completed.

Currently, the company's portfolio consists of orders for the design of buildings for educational institutions and residential and non-residential buildings for the largest developers and developers in Moscow, as well as the development of architectural and urban planning concepts and land planning projects.

IRGA specialists are constantly learning and mastering the latest BIM technologies and other modeling software.

IRGA takes on the task of creating socially, economically and environmentally efficient spaces. While architecture is dominated by two extremes: one is very unusual and expressive, but at the same time expensive and unrealistic, and the other is practical and rational, but can also be unambitious and not inspiring, we try to find a middle ground between these two extremes. , creating places that tend to permeate any society - as the driving force behind their design. The spaces designed by our architects combine all the essentials: functionality, efficiency and aesthetics.

INTERIORS

Our experienced specialists in the face of architects, process engineers and visualization architects are working to create unique interiors for schools and kindergartens, based on the requirements and recommendations of the Department of Education.

CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT

Management of the processes that take place on the construction site. Architectural supervision is carried out from the moment the construction begins and until the completion of the work provided for by the project, the specialists of our institute monitor the compliance of the work performed with the design solutions, as well as identify the need for their adjustment and inform the Customer about it. The number and mode of visits to architectural supervision is determined by the contract and agreed with the persons in charge of technical supervision (quality control of construction and installation works).

CONSTRUCTIVE SOLUTIONS

Our construction department has extensive experience in implementing projects, including buildings and structures of especially complex and unique objects. All sections are being developed on our own: from geotechnical tasks to large-span metal structures. The department of designers works in accordance with the standard for the company, uses BIM-technologies at all stages of the project, including the production of detailed drawings.

ENGINEERING SYSTEMS

Our qualified team is able to develop projects of any purpose and complexity. The combined design of all sections in a common environment (Revit) allows the user to quickly and accurately develop 3D models of engineering systems and solve all issues related to utilities crossing building structures, even at the design stage. BIM technologies used in the development of engineering sections allow designers to make more accurate specifications, avoid additional costs and unforeseen circumstances associated with the installation of the system, and quickly change design decisions.
